Service Description

Indian head massage is derived from Ayurveda, an ancient method which involves natural therapies and involves the mind, body and spirit. This deeply relaxing treatment takes into account the head, scalp, face, shoulders, neck, arms and upper back. This is great for releasing tension stored int he upper body and alleviating stress related headaches, neck stiffness and jaw tension. The treatment is carried out with the client sitting in a chair, they will be asked to remove their top and a blanket will be provided to cover the front of the upper body.
