SHAKTI MAT

 The Shakti mat is a daily self care tool based on the Indian bed of nails. The original mat has 6000 spikes and the lighter version has 8000 spikes. When these are applied to the body they exert pressure on the skin and muscles, which in turn release tension and relax the body. They have been likened to a deep tissue massage and can improve circulation and aid sleep.
